Features
Customer Component
Quick and detailed customer setup with notes for accessing immediate customer preferences as well as discount, term, and contact information fields. Allows linking of ship to customers with bill to customers.
Product Component
Builds a product catalog by plant, size, type, and grade, which allows creation of specific product lines Allows entry of catalog price by product, and also flags discounts by product.
Inventory Component
Creates detailed transactions for beginning inventory, shifts, losses, and other adjustments by category and location.
Order Entry Component
A fast and straightforward order entry system that keeps track of orders from acknowledgement to fulfillment. Prints pick list, bill of lading, order confirmation, and invoice for each order. Handles pre-orders and at-once orders. Allows user to hold an order and at the same time maintain available for sale and actual inventory counts separately. A separate inquiry screen shows available for sale.
Label Component
Available as an addon component is Gold Tag which allows you to print pre-designed labels from the records you enter into CompuPlants Gold. The four different types of labels available are product, customer, location, and inventory location. For sample pictures of these labels and Gold Tag click here.
Also available with this component is the ability to use other programs with the records from CompuPlants Gold through an ODBC connection. This allows you to design your own custom labels with programs such as Bartender (available on the download page).
